Guided Adventure

Want to catch big largemouth bass? We’ve definitely got ’em. Bassmaster Magazine declared Chickamauga Lake as the second-best bass fishing lake in the ENTIRE United States. What better way to spend your day on the water than to book a guide to help you have the best fishing experience?

Just Add Water Guide Service

Captain Carter Day is a US Coast Guard licensed captain offering guide services on Lake Chickamauga and Lake Nickajack. As the founder of the Just Add Water Guide Service, Day has over 20 years of tournament experience on both of these lakes, allowing him to give valuable insight to his clients about tournament bass fishing techniques. But Just Add Water Guide Service doesn’t only cater to the pros; Captain Carter Day can help even the least experienced angler have a successful fishing trip and learn some tips and tricks for their next day on the water.

When the weather starts to cool in the fall, Day is a big fan of frog fishing, offering his clients seasoned techniques to catch some giants. In September 2020, Day announced he’ll be working as the exclusive guide for the newly opened local tackle store Lake Chickamauga Tackle & Outdoors.
